Welcome to our online appointment booking system! We’re so glad you’re here, and we’re ready to help you find the best care for your pet.

If you need an appointment in the next 24 hours, just give your local branch a quick call during opening hours — we’ll do our very best to get you seen as soon as possible.

If your pet is having an emergency, please contact your nearest branch right away. Our team will be on hand to give you immediate advice and support.

For operations or euthanasia appointments, please call your local branch directly. These visits are especially important, and a member of our team will gently guide you through every step.

Vaccine appointments are available at all four of our branches at the following times:
•   Bridgend: Monday–Friday, 11:00–16:00, and Saturday, 09:00–13:00
•   Port Talbot: Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:00
•   Pontyclun: Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00
•   Porthcawl: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 09:00–17:00
